You can order your customized trophies online by simply adding the products in the cart and filling in the order information. After the review, you can also finish the payment online that can highly facilitate the order process.

You can search with keywords to find your idea trophies. Choose the ideal price range, quantity requirements, categories or other fields.

Not yet. We need time to handle the new products, such as photo taking and content management. Please contact us for more product details. Or if you already have an ideal product, we welcome you to send your own design trophies for us to make it.

When you confirm and sign the order, you can check out and make the payment. We accept both bank transfer and Pay Pal.

For paying method, you can select 1)remittance, or 2) Paypal, or 3) Weston Union. Please contact our customer service to get more details.

If there are obvious quality or security problems, you can contact us within 7 days count from the date you receipt the goods (based on the forwarder's record). We will arrange the product replacement to you according to our return policy.

We provide free shipping for order higher than HKD$1,000. No matter how many item you order from us.

We think highly of providing good service and your satisfaction to us, In case that you receive defective or incorrect product. We will take full responsibility and arrange the product replacement at no cost to you.

We offer free engraving for all the items with 100 characters and a logo.

Generally, complicated logos can also be engraved on the trophies. We will not receive any extra fee, please contact us if you want to confirm the availability of production.
